CKPower Successfully Hosts 2024 Electronic Annual General Meeting (E-AGM)
CKPower Public Company Limited recently organized its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E-AGM). The meeting, chaired by Dr. Thanong Bidaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors, alongside Mr. Plew Trivisvavet, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Mr. Thanawat Trivisvavet, Managing Director and Board of Directors, took place in the Supannika Room on the 4th Floor of the Viriyathavorn Building.
During the E-AGM, CKPower shareholders approved all agenda items proposed by the board, including the distribution of dividends for the year 2023 at a rate of 0.085 baht per share. The dividends are scheduled to be paid on May 23, 2024.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for CKPower to reinforce shareholder confidence and present its business strategy for 2024. The company has set significant growth targets focused on developing renewable energy and strengthening energy security. CKPower aims to play a significant role in driving Thailand towards a low-carbon society in a sustainable manner.
